HOW OUR PALAU DIGITAL RESIDENT SERVICE WORKS
Step 1 — Online Registration
Complete the application form on our website and submit your subscription payment. Enrollment requires a valid Palau Digital Resident ID (DRIC).
Step 2 — Service Agreement Activation
You will receive a confirmation email along with our Palau Digital Resident Agent Services Agreement via DocuSign. Once signed, your subscription becomes fully active.
Step 3 — Official Documentation Package
Upon activation, you will receive your documentation package, which includes:
• Office & Mailing Address Usage Agreement
(Confirms your authorized use of our PDR Agent office premises in place of a rental agreement.)
• Official Address Confirmation Letter
(Confirms your authorized address use and may be presented in place of a utility bill, where appropriate.)
Step 4 — Ongoing Administrative Support
For the duration of your active subscription, we provide:
• Mail handling and forwarding
• Verification code relay services
• Workspace access
• On-the-ground support during visits to Palau
